General Terms and Conditions of internet.ch IT AG
The fees and other costs claimed by us in connection with these terms and conditions and the use of the means of payment "purchase on account" and "purchase by instalments" shall be charged to the customer (see Schedule of Fees). In particular, there are charges for transaction fees "purchase on account"/"purchase on instalments", invoicing, late payment, interest, reminder, assignment of dossier, etc.

- Annual interest in case of late payment in the amount of 9.90%
- B2C / B2B reminder charges of CHF 20 each
- B2C / B2B Debt collection dossier assignment fee CHF 10
Customer base
The payment methods "purchase on account" and "purchase by instalments" are exclusively intended for actionable private persons, legal entities and companies domiciled in Switzerland or Liechtenstein, whereby the invoice and delivery addresses must be identical. The invoicing and collection of payments is handled by Byjuno AG, Industriestrasse 13C, 6300 Zug, Switzerland (the "Byjuno AG"), which is also the exclusive contact person for all questions regarding the invoice or instalment plan.
Cash means
When purchasing, you have the option of various payment options, including the option "Purchase on account" and "Purchase in installments":
a) PURCHASE ON INVOICE: Payment of the entire invoice amount within 30 days of the invoice date; .
(b) PURCHASE IN RATES: payment in 4 instalments within 12 months. Payment of the respective instalment amount by the date of payment stated on the respective invoice at the latest.
In the case of payment method b) and payment arrears, the online shop/sales outlet will charge you interest at the applicable annual interest rate on the outstanding balance of the invoice until full payment has been made. Unless otherwise stated, the annual interest rate shall be 9.9%. All payments will initially be credited against the existing interest receivable and fees and the basic claim will be repaid one after the other.
Address and credit check
In connection with the provision of the means of payment "purchase on account" and "purchase on instalments", the online shop / point of sale and Byjuno AG carry out address verification and credit checks.
In doing so, we rely in particular on your details and also take into account information from third parties. The customer consents to the online shop / point of sale and Byjuno AG requesting and obtaining address and creditworthiness information from credit agencies (e.g. ZEK, CRIF) and checking the order inquiry and customer data against this information obtained and against the existing creditworthiness databases of Byjuno AG.
Byjuno AG reserves the right to refuse your purchase on invoice/rates. A basic statement by Byjuno AG is not required.
Payment function and use of means of payment
The customer can authorize purchases as follows:
- in the OnlineShop by clicking on the appropriate payment method, entering the required and correct information and accepting the General Terms and Conditions of the OnlineShop.
- In the store by providing the required and correct information and signing the sales receipt.
The Customer acknowledges all purchases authorised in the above manner, the correctness of the amount and the resulting debt to the online shop / point of sale.
Retention of title
Ownership of the purchased item shall remain with us until all outstanding claims arising from the purchase have been paid in full (retention of title) and may be entered in the relevant register.
Payment conditions
In addition to the price of the goods and/or services, the Customer shall pay additional invoicing or processing fees for the payment methods "purchase on account" and "purchase by instalments".
B2C postal invoicing costs CHF 2.90 each.
The processing fee (B2B) including postal invoicing costs CHF 6.90 each.
Invoices sent on the basis of the "purchase on invoice" payment method are due for payment without deductions within 30 days of the invoice date.
The payment of the respective instalment amount must be made no later than the payment date stated on the respective invoice.
Default in payment
If the customer does not make the payments by the respective due date (expiration date), he shall be in default without further reminder. For each reminder, a fee of CHF 20 will be charged in addition to interest of 9.9% p.a. on the outstanding amount and must be paid by the customer in any case.
All other expenses and expenses of the OnlineShop / at the point of sale or Byjuno AG in connection with the collection of outstanding amounts (including collection costs), in particular the fee for the transfer of the receivable to a collection agency of CHF 10 (B2C) and CHF 10 (B2B), shall be borne by the customer.
We have the right to withdraw from the "purchase in instalments" and to demand immediate repayment of the entire outstanding balance if instalment payments are outstanding.
Returns
Complaints due to defective goods and/or services as well as returns are to be made by the customer exclusively directly at the online shop / point of sale and to be settled with the latter. The existence of such disputes does not release the customer from the obligation to pay the invoice or the total value of the dispute.
In the case of returns of goods purchased by "purchase on account" or "purchase in instalments", if the Customer has already paid the original invoice in full and the Customer has not made a new purchase within 60 days, a refund shall be made to the bank or postal account to be specified by the Customer and in his name.
Customer Care
In the event of complaints and returns of goods and/or services sold, the customer may contact the online shop / point of sale (see contact), which is exclusively responsible for handling and processing the complaint.
The Customer may contact Byjuno AG for all questions regarding the invoice and the installment plan. The contact details can be found on the invoice.
Data usage and protection
BYJUNO AG ASSUMES THE CLAIM AGAINST THE CUSTOMER FROM THE ONLINE SHOP / POINT OF SALE WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF AN ASSIGNMENT. THE CUSTOMER ALSO AGREES THAT THE DATA ASSOCIATED WITH THE MEANS OF PAYMENT "PURCHASE ON ACCOUNT" AND "PURCHASE BY INSTALMENTS" AND AVAILABLE FOR THE ONLINE SHOP / POINT OF SALE AND Byjuno AG, INCLUDING PERSONAL DATA, PURCHASE DATA, INVOICE DATA, PAYMENT DATA AND COLLECTION DATA, MAY BE USED BYJUNO AG FOR ITS OWN PURPOSES; IN PARTICULAR, BYJUNO AG IS AUTHORIZED TO INCLUDE THIS DATA IN ITS OWN CREDITWORTHINESS DATABASES AND TO USE IT FOR OTHER PURPOSES OF BYJUNO AG, INCLUDING THE USE OF CREDITWORTHINESS QUERIES FOR THE MEANS OF PAYMENT "PURCHASE ON ACCOUNT", "PURCHASE ON INSTALLMENTS" AND CREDIT CARDS FOR ITSELF AS WELL AS FOR THIRD PARTIES (E.G., FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS).
